A catalog is the record of the holdings of an individual library (such as Quick Search on the Library homepage) or multiple libraries.
"One-stop" searching
WorldCat is a single, user-friendly database that includes catalog records from more than 33,000 libraries worldwide. It also offers a direct link to interlibrary loan (ILL) service. When you identify an item you would like to borrow, you can initiate a loan request by clicking the "ILL" button at the top of the page.

- Center for Research Libraries is a specialized library in Chicago with an extensive collection of rare research materials.
- Greater Western Libraries Alliance provides links to the websites and catalogs of 32 research libraries located in the Midwestern & Western U.S.
