We welcome requests to use our classrooms and computer labs.
Allow 2 days for library staff to review your request.
Students or visitors may be using rooms when not scheduled, so allow time for them to leave before your meeting or event starts.
Faculty and staff requests
Faculty and P&S staff can request the following computer lab and classrooms between 3 and 30 days in advance for up to 4 hours at a time.
- Classroom 31 – seats 78
- Computer Lab 32 – seats 25
- Classroom 134 – seats 48, computers at each seat
Library staff will let you know within 2 days if your request has been approved and can answer questions about room use and presentation equipment.
Faculty, P&S staff, departments and registered student organizations can request the following with certain conditions
- Classroom 198 – email firstname.lastname@example.org to ask about scheduling an event in this classroom in the late afternoon or evening. Priority is given to scheduled university courses.
- Classroom 405 – used for Special Collections and University Archives instruction. Fill out their instruction request form at least 3 weeks in advance.
