Digital material accessibility
The University Library is working to improve the accessibility of our digital systems and content we provide access to. We work to make content and required course materials in course reserves accessible. We also seek to make new items we digitize for interlibrary loan and our own digital collections accessible when needed. We manage several platforms and databases provided by vendors, who we work with to support accessibility for their content.
If you use library materials in your courses, we encourage you to plan ahead and contact us early.
If you need materials in an accessible format, we can assist by providing alternative formats, identifying accessible versions, or coordinating with vendors to address issues. Availability, feasibility, and response times may vary, particularly for third-party resources.
