Classroom Usage Policy

Library classrooms are intended primarily for library instructional activities. Requests to use library rooms 134, 31, and 32, originating outside the library must be reviewed and approved by the Associate Dean for Research and Instruction Services. As a rule, the library does not allow outside use of these rooms unless library staff has an active role in the proposed purpose. Send questions/requests via email here.

Classroom 0198 (198 Library)

The room is used as a university classroom from 8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. M-F.  After 3:00 p.m. it is used for student study space.  It may be reserved for library –sponsored large group meetings, instructional sessions, educational presentations, and workshops after 3:00 p.m. or during the 8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. hours when courses are not scheduled.
