Classroom Usage Policy

Library classrooms are intended primarily for library instructional activities. Requests to use library rooms 134, 31, and 32, originating outside the library must be reviewed and approved by the Associate Dean for Research and Instruction Services. As a rule, the library does not allow outside use of these rooms unless library staff has an active role in the proposed purpose. Send questions/requests via email here.

Special Events: Room scheduling requests for special events are handled through the Dean’s Office – please email requests to ann1@iastate.edu.
