Transfer of records: A gentle reminder from the University Archivist

Author: Jaycie Vos

As the academic year comes to an end, are you thinking about spring cleaning or maybe preparing for retirement? The Iowa State University Special Collections and University Archives would like to remind you that we welcome the transfer of records and papers from university offices, staff, and faculty. While cleaning out your files, please keep us in mind as a repository for your records. The mission of Special Collections and University Archives is to collect, preserve, and share historically valuable records and other materials which document the experiences, achievements, and memories of the Iowa State University community.

Materials can include print and electronic records, images and AV materials, publications, artifacts, and more. For information about donating materials, please visit  https://specialcollections.lib.iastate.edu/donate/donate-your-collections, and for more information about transferring university records, please visit  https://specialcollections.lib.iastate.edu/donate/transfer-university-records
