Return or renew ISU Library materials

Graduate students, faculty and staff (including emeriti and retirees), visiting scholars, and affiliates, you can now renew your ISU Library materials (books, journals, DVDs, etc.) with a due date of May 16, 2025.  

Renew items 3 ways:   

1. Online: Log on to your Library Account 

Login with either your NetID and password OR your email and Open Athens password 

Select Loans to view a list of the items currently checked out to you 

Select Renew (or Renew All) to renew desired titles  

2. Telephone: Call 515-294-3961. Have your ISU ID number or ISU Library Visitor Card number ready. 

3. In person: Renew during open hours at Parks or Veterinary Medicine Libraries. Please bring your ISU Card (or ISU Library Visitor Card) and the items you wish to renew.
