According to the ISU Building Information website, Parks Library is among the largest buildings on campus at about 325,000 square feet, slightly larger than the Memorial Union. The library has five levels and provides a variety of resources and spaces for students, faculty, and staff to utilize and support their studies.

As a land-grant institution, Iowa State University makes educational opportunities available to all. This means providing resources and spaces that serve the entire student population. Parks Library offers numerous spaces for Iowa State students to help them excel in their studies as actively as possible.
