Transfer records and papers to the University Archives
As the academic year comes to an end and spring cleaning begins, this is a friendly reminder from Special Collections and University Archives (SCUA) that transfers are welcome of records and papers from University offices and faculty. While cleaning out files, please keep SCUA in mind as a records repository. The SCUA mission is to collect, preserve, and share documentation of the experiences, achievements, and memories of people and organizations reflecting the university's major research areas, with a special commitment to documenting the history of the university.
Materials are accepted in most formats, including electronic records, images, and three-dimensional artifacts. Consult the University Records Retention Schedules for details on what to keep and what to dispose of, and review SCUA guidelines for transferring University Records or donating Faculty Papers.
