Sep 09, 2015 · Jeff Alger

The Le Corbusier Plans, a compilation of all his works, is now available online to Iowa State University. It is the result of a partnership between the Fondation Le Corbusier in France and Echelle-1 in Japan.

The Echelle-1 website provides details on the project including this excerpt:

?The high-definition digital archive collection, Plans, encompasses the most complete store of Le Corbusier?s life-time of architectural designs, based on over 38,000 notes, diagrams and drawings, and photographs painstakingly collected and catalogued by Fondation Le Corbusier. Echelle-1 spent seven laborious years to digitize this superb collection of Le Corbusier?s architectural works.?

At the Echelle-1 website linked above, click on the Online Archive link at the top to go to a description of what will be available.
