Federal Data Management Plans and new requirements are the focus of the April Open Scholar Café

Apr 14, 2021 · Megan O’Donnell

The April 15 Open Scholar Café will be a discussion about federal data sharing requirements for funded research. We’ll dig into upcoming changes (some rumored, some confirmed) from the National Institutes of Health (NIH) and the National Science Foundation (NSF), as well as new and existing challenges for researchers submitting and complying with data management plans. All ISU researchers with experience writing or reviewing data management plans are invited to share their practical observations of the process. Success, failure, confusion, questions…they’re all welcome.

This session of the Open Scholar Cafe will take place from 9-10 am. and will not be recorded. Notes will be anonymous.
