Do you know how artificial intelligence is used in your area of study or industry?

The University Library AI Fireside Chats will bring together experts and community members from across Iowa State to explore how artificial intelligence (AI) is being used in their different disciplines and industries. Open to the entire Iowa State community, each session will open with a short presentation by the guest speaker introducing how AI is used in their area of expertise, followed by time for questions and discussion.

The series begins at noon Sept. 23 in the Catalyst (Room 199 Parks Library). Alfred Wallace, AI instruction librarian, will introduce his new role and discuss how the library can support faculty, staff, and students as they navigate new AI tools, questions, and needs.
