Checked out or unavailable:

• Recall it or place a hold: in the search result for the item, choose the Locations/Request Item tab, then the Request item link
• or, we can get it from another library - use Interlibrary Loan

We don't own it:

• We can get it from another library - use Interlibrary Loan
• or, you can Recommend Materials to Purchase

Can't find it on the shelf, but it should be there:

• Let the Main Desk search for it

There's an error message for an online article or book:
