Pick From Shelf

Pick from Shelf is a service that will pull materials from Iowa State Libraries’ shelves and place them on hold for you at one of three University Library locations: Parks Library, Design Reading Room, Veterinary Medicine Library. Items are pulled Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Recalls/Holds

Due to COVID-19 we have suspended recalling items until further notice.  Is the item you need checked out (for at least 4 weeks) or otherwise unavailable (on order, at the bindery, etc.)? Use the Request option in Quick Search or fill out a paper request form at the Main Desk.
