Biographical note
Carol Froning was a freshman at La Porte City, Iowa High School in 1946. She was chosen to represent her school as part of the Iowa Delegation to the Future Homemakers of America Sub-Regional Conference in Manhattan, Kansas, on February 25-26, 1946. She has married and lived in Ames, Iowa, at the time of the donation of this material.
