Collection description
 

This collection (1931-1968, n.d.) has been compiled from a number of sources and ranges from instructional booklets which accompany appliances to research bulletins published by the U.S. Department of Agriculture.  All of the pamphlets relate in some way to food.

Related materials may also be found in MS 380, Wartime Household Guides and Recipe Book Collection; and MS 381, Food and Household Product Advertising Guides and Publications Collection.  Additional cookbooks may be located by searching the library catalog.
