Mindfulness Room

This space is intended for a brief retreat from studying. Users are encouraged to relax and take a few moments to clear their minds.

 

The Mindfulness Room is located in Room 297 in Parks Library. 

 

 

 

Guidelines for using this space

 

  • More than one person may use this space at a time and in different ways
  • Turn off electronic devices
  • No cell phone use
  • This room is not intended for sleeping, studying or meetings
