Storage Delivery Service

The Storage Delivery Service provides delivery of books and periodicals from the Library Storage Building to the Circulation Desk in Parks Library. The service is available to everyone, and it is free of charge. The Library reserves the right to limit the number of requests per person per day. Requests made before 1:00 pm will be available at the Circulation Desk after 3:30 pm the following working day. However, any request received after 1:00 pm Friday and throughout the weekend will not be available until after 3:30 pm Tuesday. Replies will be sent by email only if requests cannot be filled.

Paper request forms are available at the Parks Library Circulation Desk for visitors lacking an ISUCard or ISU Library Visitor Card.

Unclaimed material will be returned to the Storage Building after 10 working days.

This service provides delivery of books and journal volumes. If you wish to request photocopies of material in the Library Storage Building, please use the fee-based Document Delivery Service.
