Information Service, U.S. Department of Commerce. Database contains abstracts
of reports of government-sponsored research in science and technology from
1990 to present. The full reports can be purchased directly from NTIS and
many are held by libraries.
ProQuest Digital Dissertations
- The most current two years of citations and abstracts in UMI Dissertation
Abstracts are freely available for searching, with full-text 24-page previews
