New Book Area (Fireplace Reading Room, 191 Parks Library)
After new books have been processed, many are displayed for one week on the New Book Shelves in the Fireplace Reading Room. To have a new book held for you (after it is removed from display), fill out a yellow card located in boxes on top of the shelves and present the card at the Circulation Desk or use the Recall/Hold function in the online catalog.
If you wish to consult an online list of all new titles added to the Library’s collection each week, use the New Title List, available in the sidebar of the Library Catalog.
