Located on Floor 1 of the Parks Library, the Bookends Café offers Roasterie coffee, espresso drinks, smoothies, specialty beverages, Bruegger's bagels, pastries, desserts, sandwiches, salads and fruit. The café, maintained by ISU Dining, is located in room 84, just north of and adjoining the Fireplace Reading Room. Café hours and additional information can be found on the ISU Dining website.
The Library’s Food, beverage, and tobacco policy specifies that food be consumed only within designated areas of the Parks Library, including the Bookends Café, the corridor north of the café, and the Fireplace Reading Room. Beverages in covered, spill-proof containers are allowed elsewhere in the library building, except in the following restricted areas: Special Collections, Reserve & Media Services, Microforms, and computer labs/clusters.
