Patrons who have an ISUCard may borrow materials from the Design Reading Room. Loan periods are as follows:
Course Reserves: 2 hour or 3 day (as determined by the instructor)
Permanent Reserves: 2 hour
Books (faculty and graduate students): extended loan
Books (undergraduate): 4 weeks
CD's: 1 week
Journals (bound): 1 week
Journals (unbound): 1 day
Journals (current display): do not circulate
Reference: do not circulate
Theses (faculty and graduate students): extended loan
Theses (undergraduate): 4 weeks
Maps: 1 day
Media Equipment: short term use by teaching staff between 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.,
Monday-Friday
Use the Interlibrary Loan form to request books, journal articles, and other items that are not owned by ISU Library. The ISU Library system includes Parks Library, the Vet Med Library, and the three Reading Rooms. There are usually no charges for interlibrary loan requests.
