It's Time to Renew ISU Library Loans!

There is no grace period, so renew material early to avoid fines!

ISU Library material that was borrowed on "extended loan," due May 10, 2013, can be renewed beginning Tuesday, April 2, 2013.

Many items can be renewed online via the e-Library homepage (, as follows:

  • Select My Account on the e-Library homepage
  • Select Loans to views a list of the items currently checked out to you
  • Select Renew (or Renew All) to renew desired titles

To renew online, you will need the number on your ISUCard (or ISU Library Visitor Card) and your Library password. If you haven't already done so, you'll be prompted to set your Library password.

Material can also be renewed in person during library open hours. Please bring your ISUCard (or ISU Library Visitor Card) and the books you wish to renew to the library. For your convenience, items can be renewed at the Parks Library Circulation Desk, the Design Reading Room, or the Veterinary Medical Library.

Books cannot be renewed by telephone or email.

Overdue fines, if accrued, will appear on your U-bill.
