Ed Goedeken was born in Lincoln, Nebraska and grew up in Oskaloosa, Iowa. He received his BA from William Penn College, his MA Iowa State, his Ph.D. from University of Kansas, and his MLS from University of Iowa.
Ed's responsibilities in the library include: buying books in the area of history, political science, classical studies, and military science. He also coordinates the collection development activities of subject librarians.
