Presentation Room Available for Practice Sessions

Did you know that there is a room in the Learning Connections Center (1st floor) specifically designed for rehearsing presentations and practicing for oral exams? This is 188C, the Presentation Room.
It is equipped with DVD recording equipment and a wall-mounted camera to record your session. There is also a large flat screen LCD panel to play back the recording. This television is also connected to one of the two computers in the room so that a group can view the monitor images on a much larger screen. A small conference table is also provided so that groups can work together on presentations.
The Presentation Room is available for use whenever the Help & Information desk is staffed. It can be reserved using the LCC room reservation system http://www2.lib.iastate.edu/room/
