Presentation Room Available for Practice Sessions

Did you know that there is a room in the Learning Connections Center (1^st floor) specifically designed for rehearsing presentations and practicing for oral exams? This is 188C, the Presentation Room.

It is equipped with DVD recording equipment and a wall-mounted camera to record your session. There is also a large flat screen LCD panel to play back the recording. This television is also connected to one of the two computers in the room so that a group can view the monitor images on a much larger screen. A small conference table is also provided so that groups can work together on presentations.

The Presentation Room is available for use whenever the Help & Information desk is staffed. It can be reserved using the LCC room reservation system http://www2.lib.iastate.edu/room/
