Responsibilities: Acquires gift serials. Orders and maintains standing orders for monographic series and blanket orders. Orders, receives, checks in, and processes serial issues and monographic standing orders. Claims due and missing issues and monographic standing orders. Provides service to patrons and staff by telephone.

Responsibilities: Orders and receives monographic titles in a variety of formats. Claims or re-orders unfulfilled orders. Monitors and processes the library approval plan. Coordinates monographic gift processing. Provides service to patrons and staff by telephone.

Responsibilities: Acquires serial and monographic digital resources for the library collection. Coordinates and processes new and changed electronic resources. Maintains online statistics files and electronic license and contract files. Administers the Library's Serials Solutions subscriptions information. Oversees publisher website monitoring. Provides service to patrons and staff by telephone.

Responsibilities: The major function of this unit is to provide ISU students, faculty, staff and Library Visitor Cardholders access to materials that are not available in the ISU Library collections. Through online computer systems and other ordering methods, several types of publications, including books, periodical articles, patents, CDs, DVDs, etc. may be obtained from other libraries, organizations, and document delivery companies. ILL/DD also provides copies and loans of Iowa State University Library materials to other libraries worldwide through its lending service, and supplies library materials to individuals and organizations without libraries through its Document Delivery Service (DDS).
