Description: This division plans, implements, and provides technical support for automated systems and network linkages throughout the Library and is responsible for training Library staff in their use. Areas of responsibility include the Library web pages, the integrated library management system (currently Horizon from SirsiDynix), local area networks, and desktop computing applications.

The division also provides technical support for the State Library of Iowa's SILO Project.
