Set your Library password

Borrower ID:		(last 11 digits of your ISUCard number, or your Library Visitor Card number)
Desired Library password:		(8 - 20 alphanumeric characters long)

You must be a valid Library user, with a valid registered email address, to be able to use this online form to set your Library password. If you do not have an email address in the Library's database, you can go to the Circulation Desk in person, during regular business hours 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday - Friday, to request a password. If you need further assistance, contact the Parks Library Circulation Desk Supervisor (CircDesk@iastate.edu; 515 294-3961).

Upon successful submission of this form, confirmation of the selected password will be sent to your corresponding email address (as listed in the Library's database). Once you receive this confirmation, you can then use the password to login to Library components as necessary.
