How do I..? -- Contact Library Staff

Who is the librarian specializing in my subject? Directory of subject librarians
Whom do I contact about a circulation question? Circulation questions can be asked in person at the Circulation Desk, located at the main entrance of Parks Library, or by calling 294-3961 during the Library's open hours.
How do I contact a reference librarian? To contact a reference librarian, come to the Parks Library Help and Information Desk during its open hours, call (515) 294-3642, or e-mail your question to Ask a Librarian. You can also check the Directory of subject librarians.
How do I reach a student who works in the Library? In case of an emergency, the Human Resources Office can locate a student employee during the hours of 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday - Friday.
How do I make suggestions about the Library? On the bottom of each page in the e-Library is a link to send suggestions or comments. These will be answered by the Library's webmaster or appropriate library staff. Other pages in the e-Library contain phone numbers and e-mail links to library staff that can, also, take your suggestions and comments. We do value your input into the ISU Library.
