Interlibrary Loan Request

Borrower ID:		(last 11 digits of your ISUCard number, or your Library Visitor Card number)
Library pin#:		(Set your Library pin#, if you have not already done so, or if you have forgotten your pin# or wish to change it.)

Use this form to request materials not available electronically or in paper at the Iowa State University Library.

Before requesting materials through Interlibrary Loan (ILL):

Check ISU Quick Search for local ownership of books and journal articles
Search the Journals list as a further check for journal articles.
If the ISU Library owns the material, your request may be returned to you with call number and location information so you can retrieve the item on your own.

Books listed as checked out or recalled in the ISU Catalog are eligible for ILL service.

Materials on reserve are not eligible for ILL service.
