• Q&A's Info Technology:  Academics Q&A, from ISU University Relations to "... help prospective students and their parents evaluate the use of info technology in campus life." The questions were developed by EDUCAUSE "... as part of its online guide to evaluating information technology on campuses."  The Commons is cited in the section entitled, "How does the campus help students develop computer skills?"
   
• The Library's Instruction Commons:  Work in Progress, by Susan A. Vega García. Teaching at ISU vol. 14, no. 4 (April/May, 2002): 5-6.  Center for Teaching Excellence, Iowa State University.  This article describes the history and growth of the Commons, and invites faculty to collaborate with us.
  
•   ISU Office of the President: Progress on the 2000-2005 Strategic Plan, Nov. 14, 2001.  President Geoffroy highlights the Commons in his remarks to the Iowa Board of Regents.  The Commons was singled out by the President as one of ISU's noteworthy programs that has aided the university in meeting its commitment to "Learning," which is Goal #1 of ISU's 2000-05 Strategic Plan.
