Library Services for Your Courses

Instruction LibGuides -- You can collaborate with the subject librarian in your area to pull together an online course-specific guide for your class(es), with a focus on teaching & learning specific library research tools and information literacy concepts relevant to class assignments.  Contact your subject librarian for more information!  See also Reference LibGuides for online bibliographies and more.

Reserve -- Faculty for distance learning courses can put online materials on Reserve for their students to have easy access. Using Reserve is an excellent way to handle copyright and fair use issues, as experienced library staff will sort out these issues for you. You can submit your class Reserve requests online; note that Reserve staff ask that you submit these weeks in advance of the start of the semester to ensure that all will be ready for your students.
