• Book loans checked out to your card:
  • For ISU card holders with mailing address more than 25 miles from Ames - no charge
  • For ISU card holders with mailing address less than 25 miles from Ames - $5.00
  • For Library Visitor Card holders with any mailing address - $5.00

• For the base charge is $12.00 per document, up to 20 pages. We do not loan books to unaffiliated DDS clients.
• Formal libraries may use this form to request ILL - Lending service, but are encouraged to use OCLC. Libraries listed in the American Library (ALA) Directory may request loans of original material (e.g. books, microfilm, etc.) despite the disclaimer on the request form. Libraries listed in the ALA directory should put "ILL" prominently in the name field. These requests will then be directed to the ILL - Lending service.

Rates for ISU affiliated personnel are subsidized in part by the ISU Library.
