Multimedia Production StudiosReserve an MPS workstation or the Presentation Room There are four Multimedia Production Studios located in the Learning Connections Center (LCC) on the first floor of the Parks Library. They house Mac and PC workstations loaded with a variety of software packages widely used across the campus. They can be used to create media products such as PowerPoint presentations or DVDs for class assignments. Reservations can be made online or at the Help & Information Desk in the LCC. Anyone may use the Studios for group study but those needing to use the workstations have priority. The Studios can be used whenever the Library is open, but they can only be reserved for hours the Help & Information Desk is staffed and technical support available. The Presentation Room (188C) can be used to record presentations and practice or preview them. It can be reserved but is only available for use when the Help & Information Desk is staffed. It is kept locked and the key is available from staff at the Desk. |
