The Vice President for Business and Finance manages the fiscal operations of the University and is responsible for the general supervision of the business operations of all University activities. The Office was established in 1958 as a replacement for the Business Manager position. Vice Presidents for Business and Finance:
In 1987 the name of the Physical Plant was changed to the Facilities Planning and Management Department. The Facilities Planning and Management Department is responsible for the maintenance of the campus grounds and buildings, the campus utilities system, and campus planning. |
The collection contains brochures, building plans, building proposals, building specifications, correspondence, dedication materials, drawings, financial records, floor plans, news clippings, programs, publications, and reports that document the history of the Iowa State University campus buildings and grounds. The buildings files include information of Alumni Hall, Beardshear Hall, the Campanile, Carrie Chapman Catt Hall, the ISU Center, Lake LaVerne, the Library, the Memorial Union, and Jack Trice Stadium. |
